Web-Rewards malicious website

概要

Malwarebytes has identified a malicious website at web-rewards.org which offers an “exclusive offer to a lucky visitor”. To obtain the offer, the visitor is required to complete a survey for a discount of $20 for an unknown deal. The survey is adjusted to the web browser that the user is using and at the end, it redirects the user to download a tool called Pro PC Cleaner. This software is malware that is able to: open the clipboard, retrieve keystrokes, and lookup the user’s windows account name. Malwarebytes recommends that users to refrain from visiting this Web Rewards page.
